its an ok diet.. i can have a bit of everything
i ont have very good willpower.. my friend is bringing some mcdonals over but i realli dont want her to.. i can get her to get something healthy instead

heck just eat it!!!
I am in the same situation accept my mom bought my FAVORITE pizza hut, it sucks but just drink your water and snack on something healthy.

I know, hang in there. This is day 4 for me. I am starving! I am eating a lean cuisine meal and baby carrots and water.
So it's true about what I heard on T.V.!!! Okay, so they said that if you hang out with people who are overweight, (Not saying that your friend/s are) or who like to eat fatty foods will most likely make you gain weight with them....
Why don't you ask her to bring you some subway<3??
don't do it... if you really want to lose weight then give yourself discipline and make sure you stay with the goal .exercise and eat healthy . you might be interested in this site.

Don't eat it -- there are cow hooves and poop ground into the "beef" patty. They claim it's 100% beef -- but as long as it's part of the cow it's considered beef I guess....
If you are really hungry stop by subways instead.
Be realistic, by the end of the night you'll have something really bad if you don't have it now. So i say have some protein to keep you full. Try to order chicken if you go to subways.
