I used to drink eight or nine super super strength large mugs of French coffee a day and it was adversely affecting my health (what seemed to be stomach ulcers and the like) so I went cold turkey. I shook for a few days, maybe up to a week, I drank an awful lot of water and I got a few really bad headaches but I told my friends and colleagues and they were all really supportive especially at work when I could barely type or do any fiddly paperwork as my whole body was shaking so badly. That was about two years ago. I drink water and green tea at work now and at home in the mornings and feel much better for it. I still drink the occasional coke but very rarely. Good luck guys, it is worth it.

just stop drinking it. you'll get headaches a lot and feel irritable and tired but it will go away eventually. i dont see the point in not drinking caffeine, without i would be even more of a b***h in the morning.
