Shape, diet, fitnesss??!
Question: o.k well ..
i need to get in shape by ,monday !
i know its probably impossible..
im not asking to be in like total shape just in shape to
run 1 or 2 miles.. maybe 3.
the reason is beacuse i have soccer and our coach actually gave us 2 weeks but with christmas and everything.. its like ughh why exercise. anyways today i just got back from my vacations and i need to get in shape plus i thik i put on some pounds with all holidays foods so yea i want to loose about 20 pouns to get to 95 or 90 pounds please help anything please!!! i weight 110 and i am 5'. i really want to loose some weight please HELP in all this you get 10 POiNTS for best answer please helpp!!!! HELP !! please

ok, follow these rules, and you will lose Atleast 40 pounds in a year!
1.between each bite, put down your fork and take a sip of water.(makes you eat slower which makes you eat 15% less during each meal)
2. if your still hungry after a meal, wait 20 minutes and you probably wont be, (if you are, then you can have a little more, you dont wanna starve yourself!!)
3.when you want soda or juice, drink water (flavor water iis good too!)
5. NO eating junkfood, NO eating after 7:30pm, NO starving yourself
4. run, walk, jog, bike, exercise for 30 minutes a day. (make sure to stretch before exercising!)
5. eat healthy (frozen veggies are as good as organic ones, and they are easy to prepare and cheap!)
6.get a good night's sleep every night

Eat healthy foods, not junk. Take it slooowly. You'll lose interest the frst hour if you overdo it. Head to the gym. Take a jog in your neighbourhood with a friend. Do a lot of stretches to be able to run 3 miles. I also suggest you don't run too fast. You'll get tired easily before halfway through. Hope I helped! I'm sure you'll be able to run a mile soon!
No way you loose 20 pounds in like 2-3 months.
But your could loose like 5 pounds!
Plus, already being 5' and 110lbs..you're pretty slim so their is nothing to worry about.
