Okay first- HEALTHY weight loss is one to two pounds per WEEK. you are way over exerting your self.
two- why in a month? set more forgiving goals for yourself. if your trying to shape up for a big event, i can promise you the results will be disastrous. You are going to wind up in a hospital.
