Can I have something to eat?!


Question: I have heard your not aloud to eat after 7pm but then I hear you are not aloud to eat 2 hours before you go to bed, Its is 8pm here so can I have something to eat or is it to risky?

depends on what you mean by 'something'... like a meal or just a small snack, and is that snack a carb or is it something healthy like carrot sticks or a salad... i don't see any harm in the latter... but if you're planning on having a full blown meal then don't... why don't you drink a glass of water, you might just be thirsty

well if u think ur in good shape than go for it, but if ur not happy wit ur weight than dont do it

Just eat something light. Have cookie with glass of warm milk can help you sleep better.

Just don't sleep with full stomach or u'll be out of shape in short time!

sure...i say have a light snack. otherwise, you'll be thinking about it all night.

just drink warm milk and eat something light if you are really hungry before going to bed

It's just not great for your digestion, but if it's not a regular thing then I wouldn't worry, it won't hurt you. Just don't do it every night

Of course a salad with a light vinaigrette don
