It all depends what your BMI is or body mass index is. I believe you are supposed to be between 15-25% fat. You can always jump rope or jog for your 30 minutes of exercise. You want to build muscle, not lose an incredible amount of weight. Make sure your electrolytes are in perfect relative measurement. Don't over do it and consult a physician before attempting any exercise regiment. In addition, you have more years to become an adult.
