PLZZZZZZ ANSWER:(.......am i gonna be fat?!


Question: hey guys........
i dont know why im so health consious.......but still i need some help please....
in the morning i ate breakfast of crisps and tea.....
and then after some hours i ate vegetables.....
i never eat dinner......(just a habbit created by consiousness)
today i ate alot of nuts ( peanuts and other types).....
will those nuts really make me fat?
are nuts really fattening.......
also.....to cool my inside i ate an orange.......
would that make my calories jump up......and make me fat as a result.......
maybe all of this would be stupid for somepeople........but please i need some help!!!
please answer sincerely and honestly!!!!!!
