What did you eat today.......?!


Question: list what you ate today and tell what your trying to do. (ie lose weight or gain muscle.) I'm curious to see what others diets look like.
I'm trying to lose weight and I ate today'
meal 1-oatmeal 6 egg whites(1 yolk) banana
meal 2 - chicken breasts with brown rice
meal 3 - almonds and an apple
meal 4- tuna and an orange
and i'll probably have another meal tonight same as meal 1

I'm impressed with your meals. They were very similar to mine when I lost 70 pound. I had the oatmeal and tuna almost everyday (not the egg whites though). I have kept the weight off for almost ten years now. It funny, today was the first time I went to Mcdonalds in about a year. I always seem to go around Christmas, lol I think you will be very successful with your new lifestyle and feel so much better.

I'm maintaining my weight. I ate a roast beef sandwhich, grilled tuna salad, fried ice cream (it's my birthday).

A bowl of chex mix wheat cereal with milk and some sugar

Half a PB and J sandwich and some veggies and dip

Some popcorn

1/2 a cup of mandarin oranges

Breakfast: slept through it

Lunch: Half of a ham and cheese sandwich on whole wheat bread.

Dinner: A very small portion of mostocholli and sauce.


( I'm sick with the flu, so usually I eat a little bit more )

i'm not sure what i'm really trying to do :P I guess all of the above! haha

B:I had 4 bites of oatmeal (not much of a breakfast person.. i have to force it down)

L:grilled cheese sandwhich with 1 cup of tomatoe soup (dilluted with water) for lunch

S: 1 bite of a choc chip cookie for a snack

S: 4 mini oreo bite size cookies for another snack a few hours after my other snack.

I got up late today so it threw off my eating schedule...

2 pancakes
1/2 a mango
diet coke

thats about it!

im trying to stay thin! lol

breakfast - half a grapefruit and some apple juice
lunch - tuna sandwich
snack - an apple and water
dinner - macaroni and chease
and right now im having cherry poptarts

im not trying to lose weight or gain weight or anything im tottally happy with my weight ( =

Ok, here it goes...

Breakfast- Egg beaters (it's the same as eggs, it's just the egg whites by themselves), a peice of whole grain toast, and a bananna. You can substitute bread for a bowl of whole grain cereal.

Lunch- Salad with fish. The reason I chose fish is, it's low fat.

In between lunch and supper- Whey Protein shake and Creatine supplement. (Both are good when you workout a lot)

Supper- Steamed veggies (you HAVE to eat veggies!), and Chicken (any type meat can be used).

This is a low fat, moderate carb diet. I lost 75 pounds doing this diet. However, if you eat like this, you shouldn't do it for a long period of time becuase it can make you weak. So, every now and then, you should eat something NICE (Hamburger, Pizza, whatever). And exercising will help you lose weight even faster. Hope it works out for you!

i ate...two tamales, and um half a pudding cup...i think. and water? im trying to gain weight

um... I'm not on a diet but I eat pretty heathily:

Meal 1:
Breakfast
Granola Bar, Yogurt (Low-Fat), Orange Juice, Milk
I drink 2 drinks because the juice is healthy but the milk is just something that I enjoy.

Meal 2:
Lunch
Caeser Salad (plus some chopped nuts and mandarin oranges), Spritz Salad Dressing, Water
I drink water during the day because during lunch I'm around alot of soda machines, I don't want to be tempted.

Meal 3:
Afternoon Snack
Apple and a Granola Bar (sometimes frozen grapes)
I walk every afternoon, and I always have a snack before I leave.

Meal 4:
Dinner
Veggie Pizza (low-fat cheese, several vegetables) and a diet Coke
Dinner is the only time I drink soda, because I split it, and the veggie pizza is really healthly, but also tastes wonderful

I always "close" my kitchen after seven o'clock... I little thing I picked up on Oprah...

breakfast :noodles
snack:2 tangerines
dinner:chinese food
snack: about 15 fritos

im really dieting so yeah..........

lunch - a banana

dinner - a sausage and a slice of bread

and LOOOOOTSA water!! =D

im tryna loose weight.

B: two bowls of chocolate rice krispies cereal[whole milk]
L:two bowls of salad[italian dressing not lite]
D:nothingg yet.
in between meals:some popcorn, some sherbert and some chocolate
usually i eatt wayyyyyyyyyyyyyy more though...i dont really worry about my weight. im still young and have a very fast metabolism
