well, maybe you lost 15 pounds in unnoticeable places. people look at the face, the waist, and general stomach area. i say exercise a little more. you'll look even better.

It could just be that you're being negative. You want to see the impossible, the worst outcome, so you choose to see that even though you've done a good thing by exercising -- you end up looking worse. Work on your self-esteem.

have you been using a tape measure to evaluate your waist, thighs, etc.? eating healthy does not mean you have been burning more calories than you have been consuming ... if your protein intake has been too low, then your loss could have been muscle-loss ... this does not help your % body fat or your overall appearance ... find ways to measure your progress, take the caliper % body fat test, measure your problem areas, record how much weight you can move or the distance you can run ... find measurable qualifiers to evaluate your progress, these will be facts, use them to determine if you are making any progress, not the overall perceptions of others ...

also, if you lost the weight in a short period, it could be water weight and won't be noticeable in certain areas ... just a thought ....

good luck!!

Well sadly, you are overweight. Almost obese. Check any BMI calculator on google and it will tell you that. But, I suggest going on diet pills, keep up good eating habits suggested by your doctor, and walk atleast a mile everyday!

Because your overweight.

Underweight = <18.5
Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
Overweight = 25-29.9
Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater

Your BMI is 28.2 and thats overweight

Though you have lost weight, you probably still have the excess skin from when you were 'fatter'. So you just have to shed the excess skin. I'm not an expert or anything on this subject, but there are ways you can do this...so just research it. sorry i'm not much of a help hah but good luck!

hmm, unless you have been doing strength training losing some weight might not show up so much... keep at it, and do strength training as well, dont give up.
