that doesn't sound fat to me!
however, if you want to lose weight then diet and excersise.
you don't have to do dramastic diets to get results.

not drinking soda can help a lot ! one class of soda can have over a hundread calories!
if your a soda lover like me then drink diet soda ( it has zero calories)
also crystal light tastes just as good as soda without all those calories too.

if you hate to work out then do small things like use stairs instead of elevators, take a walk around the block with a friend, or just go to the mall instead of watching a movie.

if you don't mind working out all that much then i found doing 30 curl ups and 30 jumping jacks every night before bed helped me fall asleep faster and get a more toned stomache.

running also is a HUGE calorie burner. you can burn over 100 calories by just running one mile!

good luck!

you are plump, but certainly not fat! i think you are a great size for your height

your not fat.

stop trying to lose weight.

108 is not chunky.

im 110 nd i think im 5 ft.
u should only eat 3 meals a day nd if u eat a snack dont eat so much.
do sit ups

Just work out. Or run, running makes you really slim. Good luck

i bet your not fat.
the number on the scale doesnt mean anything.
im 5'7 and 115 pounds...and i think im too skinny...but yet im normal.
plus theres nothing wrong with being chunky.
what...do you wanna be annorexic ?
i dont

exercise that's the best way to lose weight..

you shouldn't think about loosing weight, just toning the muscles you have up

Well at least you want to do it the SAFE way. Thats good. You might want to start to do little things like walk for 30 min then go to bigger things like running. And drink lots of water, because the more you drink the fuller you feel, and then that means you eat less. And last but not least DO NOT SKIP MEALS!
If makes your blood sugar jump around making it harder to lose the weight!

If you want to get thinner the best way is to exercise... You've probably heard that before but it really is the best way. If you eat really junky food you should also stop eating as much of that, but don't worry about a diet too much.

i don't think you need to lose weight. don't think about it that way either. think about it as "getting healthy." eat healthier (lots of veggies, greens, white meat, no 'junk', no sugary stuff, no soda, etc.) and exercise regularly (everything from taking the stairs instead of the elevator to going for a 45 min. run, everything counts). also drink a lot of water. if you keep this up, you'll start to feel amazing and the weight will just drop off naturally until you reach what your body feels is a comfortable weight.
hope this helps! :)

dont listen to the girl who just answered your q. she probably just jealous. im 5'6'' and weigh 113 (probably not giving you hope right) haha. you are thinking positive. dont go anorexic on me:). Try running (sounds fun!! haha) just 20 mins a day it REALLY works for our age..im 13. You are fine but if you feel you could afford to lose some weight go ahead

I think you're just perfect. But if you still want to lose weight in a healthy way, I would say for you to stop eating after 7 p.m. Incorporate more vegetables and fruits into your diet, drink more water, eat complex carbohydrates (whole wheat bread, whole wheat pasta, brown rice, legumes, etc), lean meat and most importantly cut your portions in half (in other words, eat smaller meals). Though I know it is not easy, try to exercise at least 4 times a week for one hour. That should help you shed weight in no time. Good luck!

Exercise! Do not go on a diet. Maybe you have a high bone density. Eat healthy! limit sweets :) Your BMI is 21.8 which happens to be normal.
best wishes! :)

heres a few tips...
your right to want to do it safely, unlike most teenagers these days. dont think about your weight. look at your body. if you KNOW you have extra fat you that you want to get rid of, try a diet and excersize, etc. don't overdo it, but you want to be comfortable with your body. just remember your weight doesn't really mean much.. like if you had not alot of fat and weigh 108, than most is muscle, and thats good! just make sure YOU are comfortable with your body... good luck!

Start to boost your confidence...
Im in highschool and i know plenty of girls who are wholesome, but they have so much confidence not to say they are cocky, but confidence is the number one key in being attractive. If you wanna loose some weight that is fine, but only if you do it sensibly and dont get carried away with it. Try eating a little healthier, and excersising a bit more. simply going for a walk everyday, for about a half hour or longer can help. Jioning a sports team can also help. Now becoming more fit will cause you to gain weight because muscle weighs more then fat, but you will look like you weigh way less then you actually do.
Hope this helps you

your not fat, im 15 yrs. old and i weigh 146. besides, your too young to be thinking about this stuff.

Live life, eat carefully, study nutrition & drink plenty of water, the best you can afford. Steve

Your body mass index is 21.8, which is in the lower range of normal weight. You are certainly not overweight. If you exercise and eat small meals you will maintain or slightly decrease your weight, but you should not be less than about 100 lbs or you will be at risk of being underweight and undernourished.

Just tone up, you don't need to lose weight.

fatty
