Did i eat ok today?!

Question: Im trying to lose 15 pounds. I have no time limit really, i just want to lose the weight to feel better in myself. I am 5'9, 19 years old, female, and i currently weigh about 140 pounds. I lost weight over the summer and my lowest weight was about 135 pounds, but i gained a few over the past couple of weeks due to christmas drinking and all that silly stuff. Im hoping some of that 5 is just water weight. Anyway, today i have eaten:

2 scrambled eggs with one thin slice of grilled lean bacon

Small piece of low fat cheese and a walnut

One tin of tuna in spring water, with low fat mayo, red onion and cucumber.

For dinner i plan on having baked chicken breast and salad. I am drinking lots of water throughout the day too.

Am i on the right track?

You are eating good. You may want to eat a little more. You need to be on an exercise program also.
Nothing beats healthy eating.
Eat a combination of lean protein and healthy carbohydrates every few hours throughout the day to speed up fat loss and maintain stable energy levels. For best results, eat six times a day. Weight train intensely, three times per week on alternating days with aerobic exercise three times per week.
Eat Healthy
Protein (lean chicken, fish and beans)
Carbs from fruits and vegetables
Drink 10 to 20 glasses water per day NO SODA

Yes you did reral good
