Did i eat enough??!


Question: i ate a sandwich with whole grain white tomatoes turkey and mayo on one side...and a slice of mozerella cheeze melted(<----i regret eating that ughh)

then after a few hours i ate honey bunches of oats i dont know how much :/(i switched to honey bunches of oats instead of special k,one special k has high fructose corn syrup and its boring.)

then a ate a special k vanilla bar(yes BAD)

you didn't eat enough at all...you should eat six times a day, small meals about 3-4 hours apart...usually 3 full meals and 3 small snacks. each meal should include an equal amount of carbs and protein. stay away from starches, sugar, anything white...whole grain and wheat is great but you definitely need to eat more!

Add up the calories and you'll get better answers. Were you hungry throughout the day, or did you stay pretty content? Your body will tell you when you've had enough if you listen to it carefully enough.

It really depends on the amount of time that you're talking about and whether you were hungry or not. I think you might start seeing a counselor, you seem to have a problem with food and what's in it. There's being healthy, then there's being obsessed (the obsession is bad - you want to try to prevent that, or fix it if it's already started).
