Help - 2 weeks left to wedding, struggling with weight, is this ok??!


Question: I need to lose 2 sizes for my dress. I am severley bloated and am just starting out my quick fix diet so i know the majority of the weight loss will be water.

I am 21, 170lb and 5 foot 6.

Food Daily-
2 eggs
protein shake x2
chicken stirfy
drinks: espresso, green tea, 2Litres very diluted cranberry juice (homemade). Another 1Litre of water
40g fibre (from "fibresure" supplement)

Exercise Daily:
40 min jump rope x 3

How much will i lose based on these facts? I know my estimate but I'd love to hear yours!

Id say cut out the espresso and ull see better results. Make sure this plan is realistic for YOU and that you know you will keep to it. Also, if you think you will, dont be too strict on yourself or you could end up binging!
Throw in some power walking aswell, really good for you and burns quite a lot!
Good luck! remember to keep drinking water aswell. Maybe you could exchange the 2 eggs for 2 egg whites on toasted rye bread, or toasted weight watchers brown bread (40 cals per slice) egg yolk contains most calories/fat/crap, egg white is protein filled.

I'm sure you are using the fiber supplement to help you feel full, but it is also making you feel bloated. i don't use a fiber supplement, but every time i eat a high fiber cereal the next day i feel awful.

stop using the fiber supplement for a few days and see how you feel. and decrease the caffeine intake as well.

First, exnay the protein shakes, and add some fruit/veggies (4-5 servings/day). cut down on the juice (8oz juice should be the most you drink a day, dilute this 8 oz as much as you want, but make sure that's all you're drinking. Juice has too many calories). You don't need the fiber supplement with the fruit/veggies. I also don't think you're taking in enough calories, but make sure you are consuming at least 1000 cal per day (increase to at least 1200 after your wedding). Add some light weight training to tone a little, and change up your cardio a little (ie, one session bike riding, one session jump rope, one session walk/jog). And keep your seamstress on hand, in case you don't lose the two sizes - you don't want to feel like a stuffed sausage on your wedding day.
