As far as I can tell, only the English and Americans eat a large breakfast. Many, many other cultures stress the noon-time meal. Others make it the evening meal. I seldom have a large breeakfast and it suits me well. If you have loaded up on carbs (mainly sugars & cereals) your system is slowing down to digest this meal. Nuttin wrong with feeling nasty after breakfast. Try not eating so much (just a little fruit) for
breakfast for a month and see what it does for you.

yes!

yes...theres a reason you need it....your body needs the break from fasting all night....hence the name 'break' 'fast'.....as your body is in starvation mode when you get up looking for calories......sooo feed it...want to feel better eat something healthy.....fruits/veggies/whatever

It truly is the most important meal of the day, but you don't have to eat "traditional" breakfast foods. Eat an apple. Eat a piece of toast with honey or peanut butter on it.

But definately eat something!

Yeah I have to eat and cant think or do anything with an empty stomach

well breakfast if u ask any professional athlete is the meal that determines the rest of your day. This is the meal where your energy for the next 10 to 12 hours would come from. So miss breakfast, and your body and mind starts on a slump, and may take to midday till it replenishes itself and gets slightly better at lunch time.
