Answers: She tried playing racketball ,exercising but nothing .what should i do ?

to get started no soda drink a gallon of water a day spring or distill no tap water!! or crystal light for your meals.

Lunch eat a grilled chicken breast vegetables with light oil or margarine and a fruit.

Dinner eat a tuna or chicken salad and a small cut of vegetables and a fruit.

no eating after 7pm !!

do 250 sit-ups in the morning and 250 sit-ups before bed.

Try this for 3 weeks and see the difference only if you really want to loose weight.

Good luck:

The slower she loses it the longer it will stay off. Everything in moderation but cut out a lot of fat and butter. Don't restrict her from too much or she won't comply and will binge secretly. Have her walk with you a mile or so per day and that will help a lot. Lots of protein such as grilled chicken and maybe egg whites for breakfast instead of an entire egg... etc. Avoid pastas and anything creamy or with lots of butter. Have her stop drinking calories such as soda or ANY drink with calories in it. Drinking calories doesn't make you feel full at all.

I would suggest getting her of the couch and get her in to swimming classes or any kind of team sports so she doesn't see it "losing weight" and rather as meeting other kids and have fun, cut down on the sweets or junk food. This will do the trick.

You should just buy meals. No chips, no soda, no nothing. And try exercising, at least twice a week. Im 11 and 95 lbs. And that's what my parents do.

Get things that are tasty, but fat free. If you restrict her too much when you are gone she will have hidden candy and she will pig out. No offense to your daughter though, it's just a natural thing. If needed put her on the hollywood cookie diet. You can use these cookies to replace dessert without cutting out everything. Have a talk with her about looking at the labels on the food before she eats it. Where I go there is racketball and I go with some friends and play Fireball, Racketball and have my child bring some friends so it's actually fun to excersice. Also idoor swimming is a lot of fun, but a lot of excersice. Try replacing soda with Fruit2O or Propel. In soda there are 16 spoonfuls of sugar in a can!

The first step would be to talk to your doctor and have blood work done to make sure it isn't a health problem. He will also give you some tips.

The second step is telling her that you know she is beautiful. Change her eating habits without her knowing about it. Kids and adults balk when they find out they are on a "diet".

The trick with kids is to find healthy snacks etc that they can eat that aren't loaded with sugar and fat. My kids love dried fruit and nuts, baked pretzels, rice crackers etc. A great altermative to chips is to cut a pita bread into triangles, spray with cooking oil (better for you) and sprinkle with lemon pepper or other favourite herbs. Bake in a hot oven for around ten to fifteen minutes. They are yummy!

Substitute frozen low fat yoghurt for icecream. Ensure she has a filling breakfast, include such things as healthy cereals topped with fresh fruit and yoghurt, skim milk and banana smoothies (YUUUM), brown bread toast with low fat spreads.

I can highly recommend the Symply Too Good to be True recipe books as well...

In regard to exercise, it has to be fun and at least thirty mins a day. Put on a DVD of her favourite music and let her dance to it. Walking is fabulous as is swimming. Don't expect her to do laps in the pool, just swimming and goofing around still is exercise!

Good luck, give her a hug and tell her she is beautiful. Now I just have to follow my own advice LOL.

Encourage your daughter to have an active life-style. You can help her a lot by doing things together. Example: Walk to places in stead of taking the car, go to parks or be outdoors, sign in for swimming lessons or other sport. Clean up the house together, take the stairs whenever you can. Also cook together healthy meals. Reduce the time spent on watching T.V or at the computer. Expect to see results in about 3 months. If that doesn't work consider taking your daugther to a nutrition expert.

Since she is severely overweight, she proabably has strain on her organs. I would seek the advice of a professional nutrionist and a trainer at a gym that allows children. She needs to be watched very careful during working.
