I'm I over weight?!


Question: I have had people tell me i am over weight I personaly don't know what they are talking about becuase I am 5"5 and I weight 110.... is that too much to weight 4 a 15 year old? Does anyone no a site i could go 2 to see what weight I should be at... like a chart or something?

Trust me you are NOT overweight.

Depending on your frame (sm, med, large) you should weigh 5, 7 or 10 lbs per inch you are over five feet.

So as an adult you should weigh 125 if you have a small frame and up to 150 if you are larger framed. And you're still growing...so you're perfectly fine!

I suggest u google "bmi calculator." It'll tell you whether you're in the underweight, healthy, or overweight range.

try webmd.com but the charts are only used for " normal" or 40 % of the people fall into the size chart.

No, by far, you are not over weight. Try doing a search on Metropolitan Life Weight Chart. Also search BMI (body mass index, which seems to be what people are using to determine how fat they are).
