If she is purposely starving herself, obsessively counting calories, and has a distorted body image (think she's too fat no matter how thin she really is), that would be anorexia. What she is doing doesn't quite sound like full-blown anorexia to me, but if she has any of what I just mentioned, she could be heading down that path. If you're worried about her, you should tell her how you feel and see how she reacts. Typically, people with anorexia will deny that they have a problem and will think of themselves as too fat no matter what.

she obviusly have a disorder, anorexia and vigorexia i guess

it could be a warning sign
but anorexia is not eating atol.

eating 700 calories is kinda low.. but 1500 is high.

i think she's healthy, but it really depends on her motives and how she views herself. that's where things could get dangerous. talk to her very casually about eating and see how she thinks about it. if you think it sounds warped, then talk to a guidance counselor at school, or trusted adult.

no tht is just being healthy. dont look at her shape tho. but if she says even only her legs are big and there not than there is a spark of anorexia. PE and running is good but make sure she doesnt over work herself. the eating part may be a bit bad. You should talk to someone even if you don't have anorexia. it could turn into one big thing. or even talk to a friend and even a male friend. make sure tht male friend is mature.

Over 1000 calories is too much for an anorexic, and she sounds quite healthy. Is she good at running? If she is then there's no harm in doing it for 2 hours a day. The question is if she enjoys it. If she has no passion for it and she's just doing it because she feels she has to, talk to her parents.

I'm trying to lose weight too and it's sooo hard. My aunt is using a weight loss product and it's really working for her (100% natural). I'm gonna try it and I recommend you try it too. Check their website at
