Should I just not buy ice cream?!

try weight watchers ice cream bars. They're amazingly good, and kill the sweet tooth, plus you dont have to give up your addiction forever.
probably. It sucks i;m the same way with junk food and my husband with the ice cream
You shouldn't stop but instead of buying when it is right there and it is tempting you, you should go out to get ice cream because when you go to a sore they can't give you the whole tub so you are eating the right amount.
ummm....i think thats a serious prblm.but anyway,i think what u should do is exercise,whenever u eat a spoonful,add a crunch or pull up or push up or wtvr. Just even out exercising with ice cream.its what my boyfriend does.and it works.
well personally im the same way and have not had a problem with getin out of shape i think if you work out and stay in good shape then you should be fine
You know the answer to this already - you should not be tempting yourself by buying ice cream at all!!
If you have it in the house then you are setting yourself up for failure... don't worry about never eating it again, just take it one day at a time.
It will be easier as time goes on and you'll probably lose a bunch of weight too!
