Minor weight-lifting strain?!

Question: I just started lifting weights around maybe 6 weeks ago. I've been going fairly regularly, about 5 days a week if I can. I'm 16, I run track, I'm in very good shape, but I just wanted to start lifting to see how it would go. Anyways, my right elbow and a ring of muscles around it feel strained when I work out. I feel a pulling and straining sensation when I do elbow exercises, and even when I raise my arms in the air just to stretch throughout the day. How serious is this strain and how can I stop it?

your fine, you built more muscle in a faster time, than just a set of ten reps. the strain will go away after awhile. then, my personal experience is to do it again. you will build muscle faster that way, (with any exercise)!

I'm trying to lose weight too and it's sooo hard. My aunt is using a weight loss product and it's really working for her (100% natural). I'm gonna try it and I recommend you try it too. Check their website at
