Weight Question...?!

Question: Im 15, 5'7'' and i weigh around 123 pounds and people have said that i need to gain some weight, BUT i was wondering if theres a way to gain weight by not having to store fat on my body.

Like... Is there a way to gain weight, but in a healthy way? as in so my body WONT store fat on my body but i will still gain some weight.

I dont know if there is such thing as gaining weight in a healthy way, so can someone please help me out here.

Of course there is a way! Gain muscle. If you eat a high protein diet and exercise, especially weight training, you'll experience muscle growth which weighs much more than fat.

Companies like EAS, USN and Weider have programs which turn guys who have sand kicked in their eyes on the beach into people who look like soldiers.
Take a look at the before and after pics on their websites - one cannot look healthier than that. You can do it too.

Build muscle. If you exercise, and maybe eat a little more, I think you should be fine.

build your muscles bro

lift weights. They build muscle, and they do not add calories

One thing that will help you lose weight: diet pills. I was one of those who did not believe in them until I tried it. And I tried a few until I found a great one that works (its all natural too!). You can go to
http://www.trim-fit.info and order you free trial, also you only pay $6.95 shipping and handling. Good luck!

If you go to a vitamin retailer, they can provide you with high calorie supplements to add on weight, safely

build up muscle as it's heavier than pure fat alone

haha woah we're like the same height n weight cept i'm 16
haha build muscle?
