Was this a good workout?!

Question: i worked on my upper body today
specifically the pecks, biceps, and triceps

basically i worked out until i couldnt take the burn
i tried to do a pushup and couldnt even get an inch of the ground and usually i burn out on pushups at 75 reps

was it a good workout or did i over do it?

No.

Your body has little reason to grow (assuming that is the goal) supporting it's own weight especially for a movement as simple as a pushup,

Working out till you "feel the burn" is causing nothing but lactic acid buildup.

If the goal is to build muscle, start working with weights to work with the principles of progressional overload.

Omg.
thats prob the best sort of workout.
To feel the burn, you know that you have done well.
My soccer coach pushes the team untill we're numb (about 10 minutes intense burn) sometimes i reckon thats to much (what with the cramps and aches the day after) but what you've done is really good.
(now, how about answering my question?) lol.

Well done mate.
seriously, that is like the best sort of workout you can do.
(like my sister said *above, and don't worry, she'll never get captain, coz i'm going to get captain for the soccer team).
remember to stretch before AND after work outs, expecially if you felt a burn. to warm down is also a good idea.
