If you're getting fatter without apparent reason, such as you don't really eat that much.. maybe you should consider going to the doctor.. but if not, if you're guilty that you've been eating much morethan you need to consume, then I recommend you to eat less. Mind what you eat. I actually don't and I'm also gaining pounds really. Try to eat less of course or be active, walk more or enroll in a fitness gym.
quit eating rices, pastas, most root veggies, soft sweet fruits, milk products, breads, cereals, lentils and pulses,
eat only salads and non breaded meats, eggs, and onions.
and walk as fast as you can for an hour by the clock every day, no misses.
Freeze all of your credit accounts so that you can't by a ton of micky D's on some plastic
