Im afraid I have HIV but no symptoms?!
Question: Im afraid I have HIV but no symptoms?

You seem to be obsessed with the idea of contracting HIV. The only way to tell for sure is to get tested, which you already have...so don't worry. You should get a test 6 months after the act and a year after the act. If it's still negative after a year you have absolutely no reason to worry. Stop freaking yourself out!

about it you can get information from here http://ansmdh91.notlong.com/9AApm1g
don;t try to give yourself something you don;t have.have yourslef checked, and stop flipping out over nothing..
Firstly trusting someone's status because of their religious/cultural background is not prudent. If this person is a party in the relationship/encounter they have an obligation to get tested with you. Secondly the stuff planned parenthood told you is garbage. HIV can be contracted even with no blood - it can be contracted via microabrasions on the anal/penile mucosa during intercourse.
Its good that the test at three weeks is negative but it is always wise to get tested again after three months (the so-called window period). There are more advanced tests such as p24 and PCR which can reduce this diagnostic window period. Speak to your doctor if you are concerned. Since your incident was so long ago however any HIV negative result that you get currently will be accurate.
Having said all of this you should not be anxious since dark circles don't indicate HIV and low platelets can be caused by a multitude of causes. As for the anxiety if it is affecting your life adversely see a therapist, preferably a clinical psychologist or even better a psychiatrist. It is something which one needs to tackle with the assistance of a therapist who can break down anxieties and reveal the irrationalities behind many of them.
