It might be because of your pillow, probably too high or too low. Try to do some light exercises before sleeping and try not to use any electronic devices (e.g Mobile phones , computers).
You can also try eating 2 kiwis before you sleep, it can help you fall asleep faster.
Are you stressing about something? That doesn't help.
Make sure you are comfortable, better to be a little cool than hot.
Keep your bedroom dark, no LED lights on.
Take a couple of panadol if you have trouble.
Put some nice lavender smells in your bedroom.
Drink warm milk and honey before you go to bed.
Read a boring book if you do wake, you sometimes go back to sleep within half an hour.
Don't exercise before bed. Don't eat a big meal at night.
Lack of sleep isn't fun is it. Do hope you can solve it soon.
