SLEEPING problems I had for a few days :(?!
Question: SLEEPING problems I had for a few days :(?

You are probably dizzy from not getting enough sleep. I'm not a doctor but I've had this problem and this is what I can suggest:
Do you drink caffeine during the day (coffee, tea, soda, chocolate, etc)? If so, stop or at least cut back or don't drink it after about 2pm.
Are you stressed, anxious or worried about anything? Try a relaxation book, yoga, or do something that calms you. Do not let you mind think about these things when you lay down.
Are you doing anything before bed that would keep you up (exercising, watching the news, listening to loud/fast music, getting in a heated argument)? Change the time of day you do these if so.
Lastly, try to go to bed and wake up as close to the same time every day as possible. It gets you in a routine and your body will naturally fall asleep and wake up without any clocks. Before going to bed, do something that relaxes you and turn off all technology. Don't go in bed unless you are ready to go to sleep, it will trick your body. Make your body know that going in your bed means going to sleep. Hope this helps!

Drink hot milk before you go to bed, perhaps. Or, some advise taking a relaxing bath. Or, taking some medications to relax. Or, maybe herbal tea would be better, a relaxing one. If nothing helps, visit a doctor.
