What type of sunscreen should I get? What SPF?!
Question: What type of sunscreen should I get? What SPF?
Answers:
If you wish to be careful then simply buy the stuff with the higher rating. Note that some brands are better than others, the most expensive are often NOT the best, and the actual protection given can be different to that indicated by the number. Look for both UVA and UVB protection.
For best protection with cream, typicaly, you should apply it and let it soak in for 20-30 mins before going in the sun, and re-apply several times during the day.
With sensitive skin, it will always be best to limit how long you're in the sun at all - even with sunscreen on.
Remember that some sun is necessary for health but sensitive skin is best kept OUT of it when the sun burns hottest. You can enjoy gentler sunshine early morning or early evening.
well if you going to the beach try to find SPF 80+ but if its just a day at the lake or something like that SPF 40 is good try to find some that also is a musturzer
