Question: If dying from cancer?
How would you tell your mother or family
i had been working with 80 others and had been retrenched with them
but at the time ..we didnt know we were handling abspestos for our boss anyway he retrenched us all
and disappeared along with superannuiation and most of our pays
he declared bankruptcy..most of us will never get back our money or even if his real name was grahame for the 4 yrs we worked for him and ten yrs for others
then later on found out i and 43 others had cancer probably from the abspetos i had treatment earlier on and beat it with 6mnths radiation and chemo treatment
But now seems to be back and they say its terminal this time around lungs and in kidneys
they said we could do mre surgeries 8 of them to be exact..but i dont want any mre surgery
i just want to go home for the 7mnths ive got left and die peacefully in my sleep eventually
how would you approach this to family with humour or just being honest approach
also with friends ..i would like to tell them but am embarresed by my condition ..so i wear a long jumper even in summer
so they wont see the scars and radiation burns
any helpful reply truly appreciated ..and on my other question yes get sunburnt was not a good thing with my current condition in the bush/forest earlier on i know

The hospice department at the hospital will help you with that . I'm sure they discussed this with you , if you were diagnosed with cancer they set you up with counseling .
Ask at the hospital for the hospice or hospital counseling department. They will direct you to the correct floor or phone number .
If you are going to tell stories about cancer at least learn something about it first.
It takes 25 years for cancer to manifest from asbestos exposure and there is no way you would need 8 surgeries to be exact and no doctor would ever tell you that you beat it. Furthermore most people who have cancer state what kind of cancer they have and you do not.

There is always hope. My advice is pray to God to give you the right direction on what to do. Please research the benefits of taking ganoderma. It fights cancer and in some cases it cures it. I will be praying for you and your family.

Be Honest, not worth hiding. They would be more surprised if they found out you were dead and didn't get a chance to say goodbye, what's the purpose in that.

it really breaks my heart to hear it what u could probably do is just take ur family in a private room and just let them know.. they will be heart broken and sad but make sure to tell them u want the last days of ur life to be something wonderful and spend time with your family.
my grandmother had cancer to she recently passed away but when she passed she was surrounded by all her family and loved ones and she died very peacefully.
on another hand u should report it to the FDA and get the *** hole make it a known case tell everyone what the mn did he deserves it...

Really sorry to hear what happen to you. But I think.. honesty is the best policy.
Your friends love you and they have the right to hear what's trully happen to you.. because you are their concern. Be honest with them.. and I think it will not only ease your burden, but also give chance for them to show their love and care for you.
Life is all about sharing and caring, isn't it :-)
Nevertheless, be courageous ! There's still hope and prayer can do much more that what we can think.
