Insulin shots or insulin pump, which do you prefer?!

I like the pump, because it gives you more freedom.

I am trying to get an insulin pump. I think that would be much preferable to trying to keep time schedule with solo pen and H pen. Besides, Medicare considers pump as durable medical equipment and will absolutely supply all needed periferal equipment and meds to go with it much better than they think of the insulin pens and their periferal equipment.

I have some very good friends who would not trade back at all to the vial and syringe or pens!! Yes, they keep some in fridge for use if pump fails to work correctly, but would not go back to multiple daily injections.
