My father passed away from pancreatic cancer. Unfortunately, this type of cancer is very virulent and quick-acting, so chances are the person is going to pass away before the tumors grow to radical proportions. The pancreas filters all types of toxins from the human body, and when this process is interrupted, it is devastating. I don't really believe size has a lot to do with it, many small tumors could potentially cause the same outcome. There are many more treatment options available today than there were at the time my father was ill, and for him it was only 90 days from diagnosis to death. If you have a relative or someone you know who has this type of cancer, please get them to seek treatment as quickly as possible. Good Luck.
