inflamed, hardened, red acne on my left side neck?!

hey, im 17 and yes im like any other teens that's been getting the common acne problems and scarring however, 2 days ago i started to have this acne on the left side of my neck just a bit above the jaw line. so this is the third day and its really inflamed and it hurts, its a lump, hard lump and its swollen, so technically my face is a bit deformed coz my left side neck is swollen. i dotn know what to do.
and i occasionally get flu/fever but not that bad i drink some paracetamol to make it go away but yeah, its annoying.
its just a reddish, hard lump.. help please guys !
