Sore armpit?!

Sore armpit?

I noticed today that my armpit was really sore to the touch. I checked for a lump, and I felt one. I am pregnant and I don't know if that could cause a gland or something to be swollen. I go to the Doctor's July 17th for an ultra sound, should I make an appointment before that?

I called the doctor. She said that it is probably breast tissue and to try tylenol and warm compresses. If it gets worse or doesn't go away to call them and let them know. And to the person who made the farting comment, that was uncalled for. If you're going to be a jerk don't use this service. Thanks everyone else for your input.

Yes get an appointment as soon as you can, its always wise to get unexplained lumps examined quickly.
