Question: My stomach hurts really badly??!!(10 points)?

It doesn't hurt with that like sharp pain that it normally would, but instead it feels like I'm filled to the brim and I can really feel spit go down my esophagus and like pile in top of it. It also feels like I might throw up and then the strangest thing is that when I feel the need to burp and release gas out of my stomach, normally alleviating pain, it hurts 10x more sand I feel almost like I'm gonna puke. Help! Huge test tomorrow need sleep!!

I've heard if you can't pass gas then it's a sign of a bowel obstruction. Besides that, if it's super painful go to the ER. Good luck.

Could be stress from the test which I feel is most likely. When school starts go to the nurse and tell her. Do it first thing in the morning.
