Did you get a bottle of cleaning solution when you got your ears pierced?
If you did, then pour some into a small bowl and using a q-tip put it all around the front and back of your ear and earring. If you don't have cleaning solution then use peroxide.
If you feel that you can do it, it would be good to remove your earring and soak it in peroxide or alcohol to sanitize it while you clean your ear really well. Then put your earring back in.
Put some polysporin on your ear and earring, trying to get it into the hole.
For the next week, clean your ear/earring with solution or peroxide 3 times per day (when you wake up, right after school, and bed time) and then put polysporin on it every night before bed.
It should feel better in a few days, but keep up the cleaning routine so that it doesn't get infected again.
Oh, and make sure you shower and wash your hair and ears every day to keep the whole area clean.
