Yes, it may still hurt. When the doctor breaks your hymen he usually does it by making an incision in the hymen so that a reasonable hole is present for the escape of menstrual blood, and that is usually done when a girl is around 2-4 years of age and has an "imperforated hymen".
A Gynaecologist may break a hymen when doing a pelvic examination and a "pap smear" if the girl is still a virgin and is around 18 years old (when she should start having pelvic exams). He has to inset an instrument into the vagina to open it up so that he can insert a spatula to scrap the cervix and take a sample for examination.

Yes, it will still hurt a little. The pain doesn't come from the hymen breaking, it comes from the muscles being stretched. Majority of women's hymens are already broken before they have sex. Using tampons, riding bikes or horses are all ways that hymens are usually broken.
yes it probably will. it's stretching that causes a lot of the discomfort.
