Question:

I need skin help, I have red blotchy, uneven skin, with large pores and acne around my chin and mouth areas?

I also have breakouts on my chest, and i use..
- neutrogena eight hour..stress... scrub? on both my face and chest
- neutrogena rapid clear eight hour spot treatment
-cetaphil lotion w/ spf 15
I am thinking about trying eucrine night cream, and upping my daily spf to 40. Does eucring work?

Answers:

no treatments has ever really worked for me other than replacing soft drinks and juice with water. sweating will push dirt and grease out of your pores but the more you sweat more you will break out unless you constantly wash your face or wherever you break out. any part of your body with hair is succeptable to acne becuase hair folicles produce oil. many acne creams bring everything to the surface of your skin and will make it worse unless thoroughly washed. oily skin is a sign that your pores are clean but the oil can dry up and re-clog your pores so constant washing and less sugar & grease intake should help but scrubbing and washing will also slow the healing process and peroxide and rubbing alchohol will promote scarring and scabbing. sun exposure is very good for your skin but too much will damage it. you should leave your skin alone for about a week to give it some time to heal naturally before using any more topical treatments. some unorthodox treatments include baking soda which will absorb the oil in your skin. toothpaste contains baking soda and should work but it can also clog your pores and it contains peroxide which cleans but leaves scabs. if you become REALLY desperate urine is also very effective.
