Is it safe to get manicures and pedicures while on Accutane?!

Is it safe to get manicures and pedicures while on Accutane?
Ive been on accutane for a month now and things seem to be going great, but i was wondering if getting a manicure and pedicure would be harmful to my skin.
Answers:
Acutane and pedi's and mani's are fine. Go for it! Just be sure your mani / pedi is done in a place where equiptment ( files, loofa's, clippers) are all sterilized, clean and well kept.
