Question: Hyperthyroid - what foods to eat!?
i'm 22!.!.don't have any symptoms of hyperthyroid, but my blood test results came back showing i have an "elevated thyroid" at 7!.4, whatever that is!. anyways, what foods are good to eat to help maintain my thyroid levels!?
