Does swet cause acne?!
Question:
Does swet cause acne?
I know having an oily skin causes brake outs..pimples..acne..but does swet?
Answers:
acne is caused by a bacteria. sweat will clog the pores and "help" the bacteria to grow, but sweat itself does not create acne pimples. use a face wash which contains either benzoyl peroxide or salicylic acid. with daily use you will see an improvement. and if you have oily skin, make sure you wash your face! i recommend Peter Thomas Roth's anti-aging face wash. I am 20 and I use it, so dont worry about the anti-aging part...it has AHA - alpha hydroxy acids..and salicylic acid..it will do wonders for your skin but is a little pricey - $35 for a bottle at Sephora. a little goes a long way though. if not that, go to your local drugstore and pick up Neutrogena On the Spot Acne cream. This contains benzoyl peroxide and is a favorite of acne sufferers on the website acne.org I used to have bad acne and did some research and now I have a clear complexion. I will get the occasional pimple but I spot treat it early and it doesn't take over! Good luck!
