Hi,

You don't say how old you are which would give me more of a clue, but it sounds like a urinary tract infection to me!. It can easily be dealt with if you see your doctor!.

You may get some answers telling you that it might be diabetes, but it isn't!. People will mean well and will have the right idea but the clue is in the fact that although you feel the urge to pee, you don't actually pass very much!. In diabetes you drink a lot and consequently pee a lot too!

If you were female I would opt for cystitis, but although males can and do get it, it is very rare and is really thought of as a woman thing!.

Drink plenty!. (I know that sound a bit crazy when you are feeling uncomfortable like you have a full bladder, but the object it to flush the infection out and also to make what urine IS in your bladder more diluted!. Drink plenty of water!. It will eventually go away without medication but you would be a hell of a lot more comfortable if you got it treated!.

Hope this helps!.
