Question: Does steaming water over the stove have the same effect as a vaporizer!?
My daughter is 3mo and has a mild bronchial infection!. She was prescribed a vaporizer but my insurance won't cover it!. I just need to know if I can steam water over the stove instead of having to buy one!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes it is the same, but I wouldn't put a baby near a stove!. Try running the shower with hot water and leave the curtain or door open a little to the steam can come out, and just sit in the bathroom HOLDING the baby with the bathroom door shut!. You can buy Vicks Vaporizer (liquid kind) and put a little bit in the water and it can work almost as good as a vaporizer!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
kind of dangerous to have kids around a hot stove with boiling water but yeah its the same!. and vaporizers only cost like 15 bucksWww@Answer-Health@Com
