Question: Rash around mouth!!!?!? please help!?
For almost a year i have had something like a rash on the top of my mouth, when it goes away im left with very dry skin in the same area which won't go away, and then after a while the rash comes back and the cycle contines!.
It's been getting better lately, but just recently i got a lot of pimples around the same area (and iv'e never had pimples before), i didn't pick at them or pop them, but the day later they were all kind of like open wounds, and around my mouth was a bit inflated!.
I can't put creams on it now because it stings, and it's embarrasing to go out!.
Iv'e seen my doctor a couple months ago, and they just said the rash could be caused my licking lips, which i don't do!.

I am having the same problem right now!. It happened to me for the first time a few years ago when I was sick with a fever!. I thought maybe they were fever blisters!. I used medication to cure fever blisters!. My husband was like ahh herpes, but that can not be the case!. Last time I went to the doctor and they gave me an antibiotic and it worked!. If you wait too long believe me it gets worse!. Last time I think I had an allegic reaction to one of the fever blister creams so by the time I went to the doctor it was bad, I felt so dirty and embarrested!. I have no idea how they come about!. Right now I am using Anbesol fever blister/cole sore cream, it is getting better but sometimes it really bothers me!. give it a try for about 5-6 days if it does not work demand a antibiotic, that is what I am going to do!.
