Blood filled pimple?
I discovered a big red pimple on my inner thigh and being the kinda guy that i am, i popped it. It bled profusely and i hardly saw any pus. Any idea what it could be? is it just a really bad pimple and i had no idea because i usually don't get pimples on my thighs?

Sounds like a blood blister. Don't pop it again; just leave it alone so it can heal on its own. If it feels irritated, put a bandaid over it and maybe a little antibiotic ointment. If it doesn't go away or gets worse, see the doctor. Look up blood blisters with an online search and see if the descriptions fit your "pimple".
