for about a year now off and on. when i wake up in the morning my throught hurts and my lungs/chest hurts..its just when i first wake up..it feels like im weezing when i get up also. i usually get up slowly take a few deep breaths drink some water then im fine....what could this be from?also i just started smoking about 2 years ago and i fear that this has something to do with it..im trying to quit..for exercising reasons..but please help with this question. anyone experiance this or know what it is?

I definately think its from smoking. Go to your doctor and get prescribed Chantix. My boyfriend was a heavy smoker and hasn't even had the desire to smoke since he started the medication. It's your best bet for quitting and feeling better! Goodluck!
