When someone snores?....HELP!!!?!
Question: When someone snores!?!.!.!.!.HELP!!!!?
How can you get someone to stop snoring that refuses to go to the doctors!? Rolling the person onto their side only helps for a minute or two and it's back to sawing logs!. It there anything they can drink or eat before bed time that will reduce the snoring!? Or maybe an over the counter pill that I can try to convince them to take!? I need some suggestions, becoming very sleep deprived and need to get a good nights sleep badly!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Wow that is hard to have someone who snores as it's hard to go to sleep' while it's happening!.They have these strips that melts on the tongue and it stops the snoring in 15 minutes or so' so get some for them to eat before bed!.!.!.They are called Snore relief throat strips in a box at a drug store or maybe a grocery store also' as i got mine at albersons groceries and drug store!.!.!.Lots of luck and they really do work and cost 10!.dollars or so for 30 strips!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
There are a few things that might be causing the snoring!. The most common is sleep apnea!. Such causes can be very serious and need medical attention!.
Without proper treatment, there is really nothing you can do!. Try to encourage this person to look into the affects of sleep disorders, and until he/she gets help, sleep in the guest room!.
Sorry there's not an easier way!. I have sleep apnea myself and learned that it's just too serious to try and handle with home remedies!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Can you sleep with earplugs!? I sometimes have to do that, but every once in a while the earplugs will come out!. Sleeping next to someone that snores loud really sucks, I totally know how it feels!. See you this weekend!?!? Www@Answer-Health@Com
