Question: Last night, while I was trying to sleep my heart started beating really fast !.!.!?
It was weird!. I wasn't doing anything, just lying there and then my heart started beating really fast!. Nothing hurt or tensed up or anything it just started thumping really fast and after like 15 seconds it stopped!. Strange!. What was that!? It was the first time it ever happened before!. The technical term for it is Tachycardia, imtermittant episodes of a racing heart!. They are harmless, don't be concerned!. And they tend to lessen as you get older!. I had them when young, disappeared mostly after my 30s!. I found that if I took a deep breath, pressed back against the heart, that would sometimes cause it to calm down!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
