For the past couple of weeks I have been getting burning sensations in both feet - very painfull. Also slight pins and needles and numbness in toes as well. Please advise.

sounds like you need to see a Podiatrist (foot specialist) or your GP. you need to get checked for Diabetes by blood or urine test and also neuropathy tests done on your feet.
make appointment with GP now please.
