How do you get a water infectoin?
My mate says there is only two ways to get a water infection. One is sexually transmitted but he says he cant remember the other way. I just wondered if any of the above are true. P.S I am male.

I'm assuming you mean a UTI, urinary tract infection.
A UTI is NOT considered an STD, although an STD can lead to bacteria that can cause a UTI.
In males, UTIs are generally caused by bacteria build up from gonorrhea and/or chlamydia.
