Question: My friend has an eating disorder !.!.!?
My best friend in the world since grade 5 recently told me that she has bulimia, i dont need everyone saying that she should get help because i know that and so does she, but today she told me that the last time she "purged" there was blood!. She says it was hardly any at all but there still was some!.She also swallowed a full bottle of ibprofene(i spelled that wrong) last week!.!.!.could she have like something seriously wrong now !? It's most likely caused by the bulimia she has!. Purging what you eat repeatedly can cause injury to the wall of the stomach!. And her swallowing of Ibuprofen isn't a good sign!. She must go the Eating Disorders Unit in a hospital and consult a psychiatrist or an eating disorder specialist!. Let her go to the hospital before bad injuries and complications occur, because if this continued she'll purge more blood, and cause herself serious case of dehydration, and excessive intake of Ibuprofen can cause liver and kidney problems!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Like the other answer, the lining of her stomach is in some serious trouble!. I know you said that you two know that she needs help, but honestly she may need it fast if she keeps this up!. One of these days she's either going to get either REALLY sick or even worse!. It's great that you're looking out for your friend!
