I LOVE this man!.!.he saved me from cigarette addiction, within reading 3 chapters of his book, and that was over 10yrs ago!. I will NEVER ever touch one of the filthy things again, no craving at all!. Once you get angry at the idea of being an addict and disgusted with pushers ( Oh, go on, one won't hurt you) you are free!! FREE! it is amazing!. Give it a go the best money I ever spent was Allen Carr's book!Www@Answer-Health@Com
If it makes sense to you and you can relate to the material then it is more likely to help you!. We all have to find, "that thing," that works for us, there is no pat answer collectively!. Keep thinking positive, it will only increase your chances for success!Www@Answer-Health@Com
I tried "The Easy Way for Women To Give Up Smoking" and I'm afraid to say that I stopped smoking for about 2 hours! Having said that, 3 of my close friends have borrowed the book and I'm the only smoker left!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
