Question: Did i just have a panic attack!?
I was looking at the girl my boyfreind cheated on me's myspace and it never really bothers me anymore!. I just get curious!. but anyway, i just idk i wasnt sad or anything!. but my heart hurt like literally my chest, and i could practically hear it beating faster and faster!. i felt like i couldnt breathe without taking gasps!. and then my eyes started watering and before you knew it, 2 long wet tears ran down my cheeks!. and i felt week!. its dying down now!.!.!. i was just wondering why that happened!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It could of been and panic attack they happen!.!.!.but it could of been just that you were stressed and got emotional!.!.!.if it happens again talk to someone you trust!.!.!.panic attacks will make you feel that way and its best if you can talk to a family member,school counsler, or someone you trust like a friend!.

The fact that you're looking at the "cheaters" site suggests there is still some emotional attachment or at least some un-resolved issues there!. Emotions can affect the body worse than some (I say some) conditions and injuries!. a panic attack is when you are so overwhlemed with everything that your mind can't handel its and pumps massive amounts of adrenaline to all the organs!. the brain thinks that it will help it but it doesn't!. that sounds about right!. or you could just fainted and hand an irregular heartbeatWww@Answer-Health@Com
Yes that was a panic attack I use to get them in high school all the time!. Most of the time it was at night not at all around the time of when something first happen!. I would happen to me later when I calmed down!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
